Credit History Criteria:
Requirement: At least 2 accounts established for 1 year and in good standing​​

Credit score must be at least 700.

Final recommendation will also be dependent on income and employment history.

Deniable Factors:

Any derogatory credit history (past due accounts, collections, judgments, tax liens,
charge off) that is: 1) within the past 5 years or 2) more than 5 years old and in excess of
$100.00. -
Unverifiable (and/or falsified) social security number.

Open or discharged bankruptcy.
-
Any upaid judgment.
-
Less than 700 credit score.

Employment History Criteria:
Requirement: 12 months of employment with current employer or in same field of work

Employment requirements will be waived for retired and self-employment applicants.
However, the previous two years tax returns and two most recent bank statements will
be required for verification of income. -
Military personnel will be required to provide L.E.S. for proof employment.

Final recommendation will also be dependent on credit history and income.

No verifiable employment.

Less than 12 months of employment with current employer or in same field of work.

Income Requirement Criteria:
Requirement: Verifiable monthly (garnishable and non-garnishable) income equal to or greater than 4 times the monthly rental amount

Leave and Earning Statements (military) or bank statements.

Unverifiable income/Lack of proof of income (or falsification of income information).
