Here are our qualification standards:

Positive Identification

Valid government issued photo identification and social security number is required of all applicants

Employment History Criteria

6 months of employment with current employer or in same field of work

​

Credit History Criteria

Must have at least a 600 credit score. What can cause me to be denied?

Income Requirement Criteria

Verifiable monthly (garnishable and non-garnishable) income equal to or greater than 3 times the monthly rental amount

Public Records Criteria

Must pass criminal background check for anyone over 18. What can cause me to be denied?

Other Criteria

City of St. Paul limits occupancy to 2 people per bedroom
